Company Contacts
Manage contacts: find, sort and filter contacts by company, role, industry and owner.
Overview
The Contacts page lists all of the contacts in your database. Clicking on the up/down arrows at the top of the table will sort the table in ascending or descending order alphabetically (or numerically, depending on the column.
You can use the search bars at the top of the page to search contacts by name and by company. You can also use the drop down fields to filter contacts by owner, role and industry.
Contact Profile
Click on any Contact in the list to drill-down into that Contact’s profile. The profile contains all of the Contact information that was saved when you added a New Contact (or that was bulk imported for you).
Additionally, you can keep track of Contact relationships by adding Introductions Received, Introductions Made or Companies Shared by the Contact. To do so, click on the ‘+’ sign on the bottom right of the Contact Profile page and a modal box will appear to search your contacts. Click on the arrows on the right of the ‘+’ sign to expand or collapse the list of Contact relationships.
